Pantone Color Institute has selected 17-1230 Mocha Mousse as its Color of the Year 2025 – an unpretentious but luxurious brown that captures the spirit of sweet seasonal treats and indulgence. 

Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of Pantone Color Institute explains that Mocha Mousse symbolizes thoughtful indulgence. According to Eiseman, Mocha Mousse transcends perceptions associated with earthy brown hues by elevating them to levels of luxury aspirational luxury that many would find alluring.
